    Weekly Wow

Hey guys! Hope everyone had a great weekend! Today I’m sharing a few products I really like for when I’m super jetlagged. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed that I can’t bounce back as well as I used to. My recovery time is definitely a little longer! When I get home, I like to have a nice soak to unwind my muscles from the cramped seats and just relax my brain. I use three things for a good soak and they always help me feel really refreshed afterward! I’m totally an Aztec Healing Clay convert after my first clay bath. The first time I used it, I made a full…

Travel Skincare with & Air Repair

These items were gifted to me by Air Repair Skincare; however, all opinions are my own! When I travel I always worry about my skin. Since I live in the desert, I’m never quite sure how the changes in climate might impact my complexion and PH balance so it’s always a bit of a gamble. The Jet Lag Guide

I know jet lag really well. We are childhood friends over here. I remember sleeping in the middle of the day in LA after getting off the flight from Hong Kong before catching the last leg to Atlanta. I remember watching late night music videos on MTV at 4AM after coming home from Chile. All in all, jet lag really sucks. Over the years I’ve found some ways to combat it a bit and at least make it less frustrating. Arrive to your destination early. If it’s…

    Solo Travel Safety

Don’t get me wrong. I love a good girl trip. I love a fun romantic getaway. But sometimes, there’s the need to do things 100% your way and that’s where a great solo trip comes into play. When you travel alone, you pick the when and the where and the how. You pick everything and answer to nobody (well, okay, maybe the local authorities but you know what I mean). I know the idea of being alone for any length of time can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. There’s something about traveling alone that can be insanely freeing. Here are my tips on how to overcome the…

    Weekend Travel Tips

Flying is definitely not the most comfortable thing to do. These days, with airlines making plane seats smaller and less comfortable in an effort to cram more people in, it’s getting worse. I’m not fond of flying but I do believe in trying to make the best of it. Today I’m sharing my long haul flight tips to make those long annoying flights a bit more comfortable.Lavender scented sanitizing wipes are everything, especially if you’re going to be sitting in that seat for a long time. They do double duty- they get your space clean and the scent is relaxing. I always try to wipe down the tray table, seatbelt,…
