#PopUpPages- Happy Place
Happy Place My visit to Happy Place was hosted; however, all opinions are my own! I’m so glad we have one of our first real pop-ups in Las Vegas! Happy Place is located inside the Shops at Mandalay Place between Luxor and Mandalay Bay (the valet downstairs is free). Take your time exploring and grabbing fun treats in some of the “sweeter” rooms (cookies, gummy bears, etc). Bring a friend- Happy Place is still fun solo but it’s definitely even better with a friend (who can also take your photos). The staff here are fantastic and super helpful- if you need advice on angles in certain rooms, they’re happy to…

#PopUpPages- Museum of What- Wings
Museum of What This location is currently closed. This is definitely one of the more feminine pop-ups I’ve been to and because it’s primarily backdrops, you definitely should bring a friend. Located in the Anaheim Gardenwalk, the first hour of parking is free. Walk around too- the shopping center has a ton of great murals on both levels! The mall directory and the address can be a bit confusing- the pop-up is by P.F. Chang’s closest to the main road!

#PopUpPages- World of Fruit
World of Fruit Water. This sounds silly but no joke- this was the first pop-up that offered water. On a hot summer day, this was AMAZING. So many colors. The rooms are each themed to different fruits but they’re not just the ordinary grocery store varieties- they included a lot of really cool, colorful fruits. This was definitely one of my favorite pop-ups- they had a ton of goodies throughout the space including watermelon popsicles and acai bowls! There were samples of all kinds of exotic fruits at the end of the exhibit which was a great way to introduce people to new fruits.

#PopUpPages (#NotAPopUp)- Hunger Games Exhibition
Hunger Games Exhibition I was hosted by the Hunger Games Exhibition for this visit; however, all opinions are my own. This exhibit is permanent! It is inside the MGM Grand across from the entrance to the Grand Garden Arena. The majority of the staff inside the exhibit are in character- you’ll find residents of the Capitol and District 13- but don’t worry, they’re all friendly and happy to help with photos! All the iconic costume from the film series can be found here- from Katniss’s first Games outfit to the Mockingjay dress and the wedding gown from Cinna. The set pieces are stunning here- you can even ride the train…

#PopUpPages- Pop-Up Disney
Pop-Up Disney This location is currently closed. You guys know I love all things Disney. This pop-up is a celebration of all things Mickey and it’s on Disney property so you know it’s completely authentic and 100% legit! Your visit includes five hours of validated parking in Downtown Disney- take advantage and wander around or grab lunch. The exhibit only takes about an hour. You get to see Mickey through the ages and a ton of really awesome Mickey art including some fun pieces from his friends. This exhibit is completely all ages- I saw plenty of kids and plenty of adults just hanging out and having fun. Make sure…

#PopUpPages- Foodie Space
This location is currently closed. You can literally be inside a tin of caviar or a cup noodle container here. There were very few kids when I went- it was mostly adults. Definitely bring a friend if you can- solo with a tripod works but it’s got great spots for video and boomerang so you’ll want a buddy! Upon entering, the ticket person mentioned vandalism. SO NOT COOL. Who vandalizes a pop-up??? Foodie Space

#PopUpPages- Wisdome LA
My visit was hosted by Wisdome LA; however, all opinions are my own! Be sure to look at each piece in the exhibit- a lot of it is 3D or interactive and changes at intervals so don’t rush! Look up= the art isn’t all at eye level. There’s a lot going on around the ceilings- especially in the dome before the theatre. Hang out- check the times for the show and relax on one of the giant beanbags while staring at the show on the ceiling. Portraits taken by Miranda Mendelson of Slashed Beauty

#PopUpPages- Fun Box *UPDATED*
Fun Box My visit to Fun Box was hosted; however, all opinions are my own! My second visit to Fun Box was even cooler at the new location inside Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia! The space was a lot bigger so there were some new displays! Fun Box is definitely more family friendly than a lot of the other pop-ups I’ve attended and they have a lot of displays especially for children! #PopUpPages- MODS Museum
MODS Museum This visit was hosted by MODS Museum; however, all opinions are my own! If you’ve been drooling over Teamlab Borderless photos on Instagram like I have, then this pop-up is a dream come true. There is digital art that’s very similar and the trip to Los Angeles is so much cheaper than Tokyo! I can’t stress this enough- do the VIP package. They provide a photographer and these guys know the best angles and spots and the pictures will be super cute! It’s perfect for photoshoots. This is one spot where you can definitely have an amazing visit solo if you do the VIP package! This pop-up is…

#PopUpPages- Tacotopia
Tacotopia This visit was hosted by Tacotopia; however, all opinions are my own! First off- you get a FREE TACO with admission at Azule which is an amazing spot across the street. The tacos were actually really good! This was an intensely colorful pop-up- not subdued pastels. It’s bright and fun! There was a cute Cholula Hot Sauce bar where you could sample different sauces and even take home souvenir mini bottles! There are tons of parking garages around Third Street Promenade- we got one around the corner that came with two hours of free parking (plenty of time to visit Tacotopia and wander a bit). That display cart of…
